When contacting us please provide the product ID# or name of item.
Stock items ship within 3 business days, after confirmation of payment.
Personalized and Custom Orders ship within 2-4 weeks.
Quantity orders may require additional time.
Estimated lead time quoted when order is placed. Deposit required on quantity orders.
Ask Pat for assistance with product choice, design and color.
Include name, address, state and zip code when ordering. Evening telephone number (optional).
Confirmation Order Form will be emailed.
Shipping via USPS. Orders ship by weight + $5.00 packaging charge.
Invoice will be emailed to include shipping charges.
